We worked with Metro Housing Boston to apply with the new tenant for housing assistance. These programs help tenants with first, last and deposit as well as ongoing rent payments.
We worked with the landlord and made some updates to the unit including fresh paint and new carpet.
We automated the rent payments using Innago so that both the tenant and the landlord can relax. We hope to have a long relationship and will work hard to make this an enjoyable experience for all parties.
